Please do not waste your money on this product. This product is useless and does not even work for 5 minutes following a full charging. It is not fit for any garden work and when I wished to return the product, the return option is not there!!

UPDATEOnSiteGo team reached out and initiated refund and told me that they do have refund channel just that we have to reach out to OnSiteGo and give the reason and place the request.I am keeping this at 4 stars because this information was not shared earlier by amazon support who told me there can be no refund for warranties even if product was returned. Request OnSiteGo to work with Amazon and get their runbooks updated on this product so that the correct information is shared by support team of amazon._————-__————————–i had bought a Qubo dashcam pro which ended up not getting registered on their App either on android and ios device.Amazon customer service was helpful to provide a replacement and when even that didn’t work, a return.So I requested that they refund this warranty because if the product itself was being returned then what would I do with a warranty.Unfortunately I was informed that was not possible anymore.I would request Amazon to stop promoting users to opt for insurance immediately while buying a product because in circumstances where the product itself has to be returned, customers end up with a warranty paid for without any option of refund.It’s like I bought a leash and my dog ran away.
