Misleading Product Pairing and Lack of Support for Ecovacs N30 Omni Pro
I purchased the Onsitego 1-Year Extended Warranty alongside my Ecovacs N30 Omni Pro robotic vacuum cleaner, trusting the Amazon listing that indicated compatibility between the two. However, upon attempting to register my device with Onsitego, I was dismayed to find that the Ecovacs N30 Omni Pro isn’t even listed in their system. This discrepancy suggests a lack of coordination between Amazon and Onsitego, leading to misleading product pairings.It’s concerning that a warranty service endorsed on a reputable platform like Amazon lacks the infrastructure to support all listed devices.Potential buyers should exercise caution and verify the compatibility of their devices with Onsitego’s warranty services before making a purchase. The lack of transparency and support has left me questioning the credibility of Onsitego’s offerings.

Purchased extended warranty for my robotic vaccum cleaner .When approached them for a a repair request (mopping function not working)They denied repair saying that mopping part is an accessory and it will not be covered .Don’t waste money in such extended warranty programs . Especially onsite go .
