They bluffing with us by showing fake promises, don’t buy thau type of worst policy
This is very very worst warrenty, first they are asking more money apart from what you purchase, again we have to send our mobile to them by courier facility and they will repair it I don’t know how n will send back after 10 days. It means we have to wait for 15 to 20 days. In that time we don’t know how they will treat our mobile

Warranty not provided even after payment and complain
Onsitego asked me to email product invoice for issue of warranty certificate by onsitego. But even after emailing them invoice, certificate not issued. Very pathetic product by onsitego.

Poor service
Very poor support and service. I took 2 year extended warranty for may Hp laptop. After one year screen colour changed and item picked by the rep. After 10 days laptop given by stating they changed the screen. With in one week the same defect persists. Same rep picked the item and I got a mail that item is beyond economical repair. They forward a mail that if I give the item I will get Rs 2700/-. I spent 2900/- for the extended warranty. So my recommendation is that no body go for this. Now I filed a case in the consumer court. It’s in progress.
