It’s honest feedback after a day use it’s giving noise like generator and raised a complaint. Technical support person couldn’t able fix the issue and it’s a manufacture issue so they booked a complaint to replace. Since 3 weeks no response and keep on calling for Amazon and Panasonic to respond waste of money 29 k.Beware of Panasonic and Amazon it’s charity money for both.Pls don’t go with this or don’t think about this..

Excellent Washing Machine
The machine looks premium, works silently, and washes clothes very efficiently. It has multiple modes like Quick Wash, Cotton, Baby Care, etc., which are very useful for daily use. The display is clear, and the build quality feels strong and durable.The packing was excellent – safely covered with thermocol and securely placed to avoid any damage. The delivery team was very professional. They not only delivered the machine on time but also brought it safely inside my house and placed it properly. Great service!

I’ve been using the washing machine since 1 month and it’s working wellI have tried all modes including the Steam wash and works wellI bought it during prime day sale and it’s a value for money productI’ve gone to different electronic shops and price differs from 5k to 10k for same model in different shopsPeople say buying offline is better but there’s no actual difference warranty, installation and demo is by Panasonic company either offline or online.Panasonic service centre has reached out to me within 1 day of the machine deliveryExcellent Service provided by Panasonic team.I’ve been using LG front load previously and this also work’s well and a value for money product

Excellent purchase. At first I was a bit sceptical to buy it, but trusted the reviews and went ahead. The wash quality is amazing, very less noise while operation and the clothes came out 60% dry once the cycle was over. The installation was also done on time by a knowledgeable enginner.
