When I first switched on the iron box, it made a strange sound and caused the power to trip in my house — the lights went off as well. At first, I thought of exchanging the item. However, I double-checked everything and followed the instructions carefully. After properly turning on the switch box, the iron box started working fine. So, I decided not to exchange it. Yesterday, the replacement item arrived, but I informed the delivery person that the iron box is now working properly, so I didn’t accept the exchange. Overall, the product is working well after resolving the initial issue. Thank you.

Not an effective steam iron
This is a very very basic iron which has steam functionality however, it does not work for me and the ironing capacity in terms of heat and area is quite less. In this price, you may not get something like this but if you are looking at all the features working practically, then this is not a right choice. My product is leaking water (rather than steam) which seems to be a common problem with this model. Replacement did not happen for 5-6 days. Ultimately, I sent an email to Amazon and then return and refund happened. I bought the another product with ceramic soleplate and happy with it.

It’s more like half an iron. So small that when one has large hands, you can’t tell the hand from the iron.
