Poor quality and pathetic after sales service
poor product quality and pathetic after sales service. It was my biggest mistake to buy this product. The toaster stopped working and I lodged a complaint with the helpline number. Since it was in warranty I got a message that an engineer will contact and visit. Neither did I get a call nor anyone came. I followed up and was referred to a service centre by name of Krown Enterprises in Dwarka area in Delhi. I was I forms that there will be no one visiting and I will have to send the toaster to their shop. I sent the same on 28 August 2025. Today is October 16th. Neither have they repaired it nor do they answer my calls. I got a message that part is not available. It’s been almost 2 months. I feel the product is bad quality and the service is a big ZERO The lady at Krown Enterprises refuses to reply to messages and calls. Feeling cheated.

Does what it’s supposed to
This toaster from pigeon is a bang for your buck . Unlike the other reviews here, I have only had a positive experience with the product . The build quality and materials are ok but the performance is quite good . Heats up well and evenly . I usually use it on No 3 on the knob which i fond perfect for my liking . Size is compact , The cord is short but that’s the case for 80% of the toasters out there . The only thing is that they could have added a dust lid.

Faulty design
Poor quality. I had to return it. After the first set of bread slice browning, all further slices are burnt even at lowest setting (setting no. 1). It happens because the toaster is already heated but the timer is fixed. Due to this, there is excess heating and slices get burnt if you wait for pop up.The pop up or the cut off mechanism should have a temperature sensor instead of or in addition to the fixed timer mechanism. There is a design fault in the machine.
