Amazon and pigeon are trying to scam us
I had to give one star only because there was no option for 0 starsI’m extremely unsatisfied with Amazon and seller both. The product was of really low quality and doesn’t match the description provided. We tried returning the product but Amazon pickup person never showed up nor did they contacted us and on top of they had audacity to mention pick up was rejected by the customer whereas we kept on receiving the different orders being delivered. Now there’s no option on amazon app to contact the customer care via call or text.Amazon customer care number (which we had to search for on Google) is of no use as no matter what you try they’ll disconnect the call on the language option.

The small one does not come with the lid! It’s hard to close. You’ve to press hard from the front to close it which is hard to do when the cooker is hot. I would not buy it again
