Pathetic Product, Worse Support – Avoid at All CostsThis has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. There is absolutely no customer care. This machine stopped working after few months of very spared usage. After lots of struggle with I reached to their so called customer care the whole experience is only brain draining.On the name of support, there’s just one ill-mannered man who answers the phone — sounds more like a mechanic than a customer care representative, extremely rude, careless, disrespectful and unprofessional (not sure, could be owner himself) — and speaks to customers without any understanding of how customer service works.There’s no escalation, no help, no accountability. The people behind this product are on their own trip. completely disconnected from what customer care should mean.with my experience with product and their so called customer care I can’t even call it a proper company. It feels like a small mom-and-pop shop reselling cheap, re-labeled Chinese goods.Do yourself a favor…. stay miles away from this brand and its so-called “service.” It’s a complete waste of money, time, and peace of mind.

A powerful hulk machine
Firstly i had most difficulty in finding right choice for purchasing stand mixer but one thing is clear in my mind i want most powerful motor in it + maximum capacity for kneading a dough and one more thing i have big question mark about after sale service. So before purchasing I connected to service department of various brands and ask about specifications and which would be suited me the best and enquire about if there will be issue in the product in future then what would be the procedure that brand follows to resolve it. I most likely love the explanation and confidence given by rossmann customer care provider. After purchasing i love the product. Top notch power top notch build quality. I am using this machine daily for kneading a dough till now it is working up to the mark. If you go with this product you will never regret with your decision. Only one small corn which i want to suggest to brand is to replace teflon coated dough hook to stainless steel. If they would launch i would definite buyer of stainless steel dough hook.
