Defective – dent on product, exchange charged extra
Like: product is good. Service engineer is bad -behaviour arrogantDelivery- received defective product there are 3 dent on body. Called amazon CUstomer support team, they processed for refund which will take 10 days.( lengthy process)I have already returned my old freeze so I don’t had alternate option for daily use so couldn’t wait for 10 days to buy new freeze. Finally i had to compromised with defective product.Exchange: delivery person attempted the exchange pickup and delivery and asked me there are rust in bottom of the freeze (the product which we are using since 5 year obviously minor rust will be there) delivery person called to their office and office person asked me to pay cash 800/- (no upi/no amazon pay) only cash. Otherwise product will be returned.I had to pay since i was waiting for 3 days for delivery and i needed to freeze immediately. So didn’t want to waste the time. Literally i was suffering with everything with this delivery.I am a prime member of amazon and today i feel it’s completely worst for me. Henceforth i will not prefer online buy for any electronic products.
