Unprofessional Delivery Experience Leading to Order Cancellation
I recently ordered a Samsung refrigerator, but the delivery experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the delivery personnel requested my assistance in lifting the refrigerator from the truck to my home. When I informed them that, as per guidelines, two lifters should be assigned for placing large appliances, they instead demanded an additional 1000 rupees as a labor charge to complete the delivery. This unprofessional behavior, coupled with the poor service, led me to cancel the order.I have already notified Amazon’s Large Appliances team regarding this issue, and I am reaching out to the seller in hopes that you can escalate this matter within Amazon. It is a loss not only for the seller but also for customers who expect a smooth delivery experience. I urge the seller to take action to ensure this doesn’t happen to future customers. Thank you.
