The product is very good, looks are also fine, screen size is very impressive and also the the weight is not that heavy also it works very smoothly, but the battery life is not satisfiing.

Frustrating experience
Got tablet with stuck pixel in display. I called customer service, they said replacement would be done by samsung service centre. So I took the same to samsung service centre and they checked and have a doa certificate and said replacement will be done by seller. I got confused and argued with them that amazon has confirmed that replacement will be done by samsung but they refused and told be go talk to amazon only. Then I called amazon customer service and told them that Samsung representative says replacement will be done by seller only. Only then amazon customer service gave a link to upload the doa certificate and took the request for replace. The schedule pickup was 2 days later on Sunday but they didn’t picked the package.i called them again but next whole week no delivery agent came to pickup. The certificate given by samsung is valid for only 1 week but amazon didn’t arranged the pickup after 10 days. It was really frustrating and also I had to waste a lot of time following up with samsung and amazon.almost a day was lost for visiting samsung service center where they took 4 hours to examine and issue a doa certificate and then amazon would deliver in a day but return is not executed even after 10 days despite deadline on validity of doa certificate. No more ever purchase from amazon better buy locally. No stars

Packaging was quite damaged owing to transportation but the product was in a good condition fortunately 😄 n the tab turned on but the charge was just 59 percent … anyway the product doesn’t come with charger type b …. anyway a slow delivery process took 13 days to reach me … low price … decent delivery … not bad
