Not reliable
It worked fine for about 3 rounds. Then the sensor stopped working. It just won’t sense skin. Tried cleaning it and doing everything the manual says. The machine won’t work without the sensor detecting skin.

defective product
It is a defective product, it does not light up and they do not even exchange it. Earlier they said they will exchange it and now they say there is no policy for exchange or return and they do not even take return. All my money is wasted. They bought this product and now when I call customer service they do not receive it. When you cannot send the correct product then why do you sell it, our money is also wasted like this.
