A good powerbank.
The power bank is very nice and have the mentioned capacity (based on power conversion). The company says that one port can output upto 2.1A and the other can output upto 1A, but according to my testing both the ports can output upto 2A, each separately. So, it’s overall a good choice. Just remember that it is a bit heavy, obviously due to the higher capacity.

A super low quality product made by good guys!!
Updated after ownership of 5 months -First one dead in less than 2 months. Raised issue with URBN during lockdown – they sent me a replacement unit. The life of the replacement unit was one day. Again raised the issue with URBN but this time URBN would only send replacement unit after the original 2 units had been returned. Cannot live without a portable charger so went ahead and bought myself a tried and tested Mi 20000 mah (the same unit I had lost earlier due to which went with URBN). Asked for refund due to quality issues but the company declined saying it was against their policy and they would not refund. I sent back the first 2 units and they sent me a replacement unit again. Today the replacement unit died. In total 3 units dead in less than 5 months, hence can say that this is a super low quality product made by good guys (a company that honours warranty claims). Now I am in a dilemma as to if I should send this one back again and ask for a replacement or not. It would be easier for the company to issue me refund given that they would have already made losses on what I paid and what they spent but unfortunately that’s against the policy :(.My recommendation is to buy a Mi 20000 mah unit over this any day. Do not waste your hard earned money on this product.

One of the best power bank
I am using this power bank from last three months.It’s a beast in power I have oneplus 6 by this power bank I can cahrge my phone multiple times like 4 to 5.The best part of this power bank is u can charge this power bank by two ways 1st by type A cable which includes in the box and 2nd by type C cable which in today’s world almost all smartphones have type C port. So, u don’t need to carry a separate type A cable for the power bank but if probably if u have iphone u have to carry it😜.. so, it is the power bank so far.. it is best in price best in power best in size…

Okayish product at this cheap price
The power bank says 10000mAH, but never feels like it. Couldn’t even charge my iPad once. Doubtful for that claim. C type only useful for INPUT(charging the power bank) and not OUTPUT(charging your devices) as stated in product description.Tried charging two devices at once but the charging was VERY VERY slow for both.One device charging speed is okayish, slightly slower than wall socket.

Its a good size for the power, provides fast charging when one device is connected.Tho in terms of its capacity and effectiveness for lasting idle its not that great, mostly max it can be used twice to power a 4000mAh battery phone, and takes a long time to recharge.But plus point is it doesnt heat up that much and does provide a good built quality.Its worth buying as a spare external powerbank or if you want one for a low- average price.
