Great experience and Amazing Product
I bought this product for my trek to Kuari pass. I was a bit sceptical if this product would hold the charge in the cold weathers (about -15°C). But this product worked like a charm. Only one night the product got auto cut off may be because it was too cold to operate other than that this work every single day. It charged my OP6T for 5 times.Pros: Great battery life.Can operate in extreme temperatures.The outer case is solid built.Cons: Only one but its a major drawback. This product is heavy.

A decent power bank which does what it claims
Well made and decently finished device which works exactly as claimed. Power bank supports 18W for charging itself and a compatible device. Takes around 4-5 hours to charge the power bank from 0-100% with an 18W charger. Time to charge any device is almost the same as it would be with an 18W wall charger.This is a value for money device and i am pretty satisfied with the product as it works well with my Galaxy Tab S7 plus and charges it faster than the supplied charger. I would prefer this speed over the 45W charging, as it would be better for the battery life.

Life of battery is not more than 6 months.Don’t waste your hard earned money on this.It can charge half hour slowly.

Awesome product … charges my galaxy s10 same as my original samsung charger , only con is it charges my 3400 mah battery only 2 times that means it is only 6800 mah and not 10000 mah , which it claims … rest all ok serves ok … deducting 1 star for battery capacity….Review continued 29th may 2021…..This power bank has started giving immense problems … not getting fully charged …or shown as fully charged and not giving a charge of even 40 percent for one time …. mailed Urbn customer care … but no response … customer care is pathetic …. no response from them……

Great value for money deal
I have been using this power bank for over a month and it is a value for money product. Got it for 1099. The build quality is great especially the matte carbon finish. No squeaking parts just a solid power bank. It supports two way charging either via micro usb or usb c. But only usb C supports fast charging upto 18w so u can charge this power bank rapidly. The power delivery for this charger is 18w via the 2 usb ports and usb c port. I have tried it with redmi note 8 and lg g8x both the phone support 18w fast charge and this power bank was delivering it. Also the led indicator lights up in green color whenever fast charging is enabled so that is also a good feature. Overall i am satisfied with this product as i can charge my 4000mah phone 4 times and that too with 18w fast charging.

Product is good no doubt , powerbank gets charged fully pretty fast , my mobile is Galaxy m30s and I can charge my mobile 4 times from this power bank very easily(from [20%-30%] to 100%). It supports fast charging and while charging powerbank it is visible as powerbank charges itself very fast.What could have been better is the body, the plastic that is used can be quite better. Otherwise no second thoughts for this powerbank. I am literally happy. And yes you can charge the powerbank fully and take it to your excursion trips also, it will really help alot. 20000 mAh is very powerful and if you’re tech person you can buy 2 powerbank and you need not to worry about power backup. And And And most importantly, it is MADE IN INDIA.🇮🇳🇮🇳I deducted one star for the plastic quality.
