One of the best power banks I own
The power bank charges phones really fast and the battery of the power bank lasts for quite a bit.However there was a problem with my power bank as one of the usb ports is not working. After going on the website to register a complain, I realised that after filling the form and clicking submit, the page just redirects me to the homepage without submitting the form. I have attempted to is at least 20 times over the last three weeks. Regarding the same, i got in touch with them on WhatsApp first, only to constantly be talking to bots that were of no help. Eventually I emailed them the problem along w my information to resolve it. In details I explained the issue as well as provided the info said form requires as there’s an issue with their site and I can’t submit it there.There customer care on email is as good and helpful as speaking to a 2 year old toddler. In fact I think the toddler might be able to actually help you out. Not only have I had to explain the problem over and over again a million times, the only response I get almost robotically is “ we have not received your message. “ I finally gave up provided them my number and requested them to arrange a call back on my number which they have not bothered to do.Be try sad to know that a company providing such great products has one of the worst customer care service and zero help to provide with product defects/warranty etc. as much as I love this product, I will definitely not be ordering again solely based on the ridiculous post sale service

Slow charger for laptop.🤔
My laptop says it’s a slow charger, use a higher -watt charger. Although it’s ok with my smartphone and if it’s not I will return it after 2-4 days of testing.

Heavy weight
This is a value for money product. This power bank is enough for 2 days to charge a mobile phone where electricity is unavailable. Only drawback is its weight is quite heavy
