Dead After One Use – No Support from Urban Either
I used this powerbank only once after buying it and then stored it safely. After two months, I needed it for travel, only to find out it doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t charge devices and doesn’t even charge itself.To make things worse, I raised a ticket on Urban’s customer support site five days ago and still haven’t received a single response. Not only is the product completely unreliable, but the company also seems to ignore its customers once they’ve made a sale.This is easily the worst experience I’ve had with any electronic product. The powerbank is useless, and the support is non-existent. I would strongly advise others not to waste their money on this brand.Verdict: Dead after first use + zero customer support = scam-level product. Stay away.

Good but for a limited period of time.
Have been using the 20,000mAh one for nearly two years. Its gone now. It will charge one iphone 13 pro max once thats it. Compactness and weight is ok. Usable. Durability is bad but if you are ok for under two years for the price then its fine. Worked well for these months though. Have connected both ports together for charging different devices simultaneously. Everything worked well for 20 months. My friend is also using the same powerbank. Worked well for 16 months. Then same issue.
