Fungus formation, bad fridge overall
I researched a lot before buying this fridge, thinking it’s in perfect range and also very good size for 2 people. But after 6 months only, it started facing defrost issues, fungus formation started happening due to droplets forming inside the fridge. Got the fridge repaired under warranty but the same issues happened. Next time, the person installed the stablizer and extra moisture absorber to avoid fungus, overall worth Rs. 2.5k more. Now, the whirlpool has stopped responding even through amazon support request. It’s been such a pain to deal with this brand. They are just waiting for the warranty to get over. Samsung is much reliable brand in case you are considering.

It is a good fridge, there was no breakage or scratch of any kind, it was a fresh piece, you can trust me, there is a 1% chance that it might be a defective piece…from my side I am satisfied with the product . Thank you team Amazon👍
