Product Whirlpool refrigerator so good but Whirlpool customer service very bad experience to me. I call many times but Whirlpool customer care executive Helpless. So my refrigerator installation himself after 24 hours .Amazon se online purchase karke very very distracting.

Whirlpool make Stabilizer should be bought
This nonsense company demo rep will insist you to buy whirlpool make stabilizer else incase of product malfunctioning due to power issues product warranty will be void. I had a very guard stabilized for refrigerator, he said that their product (fridge) can’t handle power surge beyond 260 volts, where as max power surge v guard can handle is 300 volts, whirlpool makes utter disgusting product which can’t handle power surge till 300 volts, I know it’s unlikely for power surge till 300 volts but to be safe have to use a stabilizer. 1st and last product of whirlpool I will be buying.

Some time water comes from freezer on floor, though it is a Frost free freezer why water comes on floor from freezer after 02 to 03 days interval, I want solutions for thisThanks
