Don’t Know whose Fault to deliver damaged Product
Whirlpool 330 L Frost-Free Multi-Door Refrigerator (FP 343D PROTTON ROY, Steel Onyx) is really a very good refrigerator. Its darkest gray color is amazing and give superior rich look. 3 doors would give you full advantage and proper segregation of all different stuffs. 330 litres is amazing space and more than sufficient for 4 member’s family. Though it is not based on new inverter technology.Electricity consumption is between 25 to 30 units per month(observed 4 months in a row), so bill based on this not heavy on pocket.I ordered this fridge from Amazon under exchange offer deal. Unfortunately, i received the damaged product and my old LG fridge has been taken away, hence i spent around a month without any refrigerator. Above all no replacement was available, even the product was available on Amazon site and i had to go for refund, but twist was that the exchange offer money would come in amazon pay account and rest to your payment mode. After lot of follow up over 35 Amazon customer care representatives and mental harassment thought better to conclude the way Amazon wants because any of the ways its my loss and I already lost lot of time.After money came back then I ordered the same model from Whirlpool site online and received the new one in proper condition. So much relief for me.Now the question is who’s fault to deliver damaged product. Definitely it’s a big package to deliver and its not easy task also and I am sure that there are few third parties involvement in transportation of the same. The people came to deliver my product were not Amazon people and by face I can see that they didn’t bother of customers emotion as it doesn’t matter for them. So my suggestion to Amazon is either they should stop selling the bigger products because they are not expert in handling big package transportation or give serious thought and review of transportation team and make them aware that the product they deliver is not only product but it’s the family emotions which are connected with new home appliances they have purchased from Amazon. If the Amazon team reads the review related to this product, they will find that lot of lot of customers received this product delivery in damaged condition so a serious thought required.

Delivered without amy damage.Next day installation guy visited.Was forcing to buy stabilizer which was annoying..Whirlpool has not pressed to to buy szabilizer in any of its product brochure.Product is good in looks, cooling as per satisfaction, material quality to my satisfaction.Giving 4 star because have to see its performance,will then Review accordinglyAs of now it is running smoothly..will review after further use.

Functionality is very good. Spacious, separate door for vegetables is very useful and makes cooling system efficient.Only drawback is yellow light given inside fridge is not so bright.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and am now completely regretting the decision. During the warranty period itself, the product developed multiple technical issues. At that time, repairs were carried out free of cost only because the product was under warranty. However, the problems never truly stopped.Once the warranty expired, every technician visit resulted in additional charges, without any permanent solution being provided. This clearly indicates poor product quality and ineffective service.Moreover, Whirlpool’s customer care is extremely inefficient. They repeatedly assure that “a technician will call within two hours,” but this never actually happens. The responses are scripted, unhelpful, and lack accountability. Overall, the customer support experience has been truly pathetic.Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to choose the Whirlpool brand. I made this mistake and paid the price for it. Instead, I would recommend considering more reliable brands such as LG, Samsung, or Bosch, which offer far better product durability and customer service.Due to continuous failures and frustration, I have ultimately given this refrigerator to scrap dealers.

Whirlpool Fridge Delivered with Minor Damages
I recently received my Whirlpool refrigerator ordered through Amazon. While the product overall looks good, I was disappointed to find a few issues upon delivery. Door No. 3 is not closing properly, Door No. 2 has a small defect, and there is some visible damage on the left side of the body.I believe this may have occurred during transit, and I kindly request the support team to look into this and help with a suitable resolution. Hoping for a quick response and a smooth service experience ahead.
