Game changer product from Wonderchef
I’m a chai lover and getting the Chai with same consistency was always a challenge. With Chai magic now the problem is solved. The Chai magic from Wonderchef is a game changer. Just put the ingredients along with water in the glass jar, milk in the top container, press two buttons and voila Chai ready in 8 minutes flat and with the same taste and consistency. It does not burn the Chai and maintain ls the temperature with keep warm ode. Superb product with great looks and quality. The beige colour matches with Chai shade. It is compact in size and very easy to clean and store. Value for money product

Pathetic. Poor. Don’t buy. Even after I got it replaced once it keeps on showing error E0 as it is not kept properly on the Base plate. Both machines showed error 19 times for making 1 cup of Tea. Totally useless. Waste of money.

Horrible experience
Pathetic experience. Hasn’t been working properly since the day i had it delivered 13th December. Had called the helpline who sent their service centre man after 2 days. Despite telling him the device keeps getting the error E0 but he claimed it will work and might have some teething issues. It’s the 30th of December and still the error persist. I’m writing this review at 12:10 am frustrated as I wanted to make a quick cup of tea and spent the last 15 minutes with that error every time I start the device. Horrible experience!!

Dose not work. The build quality is to flimsy. May not last. It Keeps giving an error. No service/support from wonder chef or replacement available so had to get a refund and return product .. also the touch panel was ajar when I recived the package.
